Before trying to grow fundraising revenue, it helps to ask: What in our current fundraising system is making growth harder than it needs to be?

Common issues often include:

  • unclear priorities
  • inconsistent communication
  • weak follow-up
  • overreliance on one person
  • data that is hard to use
  • no clear implementation rhythm
